Who is allowed to access my storage unit?

Only you and the people you specifically authorize can access your storage unit. If you’d
like to add an authorized user, our team can update your account for a one-time

Access is available daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM using our secure mobile app.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours for in-person and phone support are:
 Monday–Thursday: 9 AM – 4 PM
 Friday: 9 AM – 3 PM
 Saturday (On Call or by Appointment): 10 AM – 2 PM
 During these hours, you can speak directly with a member of our local team.
Outside of office hours, you can contact us online or leave a message and we’ll
respond as soon as possible.

How can I pay for my storage unit?

You can pay your storage bill using any of the following methods:
 Online through our secure payment portal, available 24 hours a day
 In person during office hours
 By phone during office hours
All online payments are processed securely for your convenience. If you need any help
paying online, our friendly local team is happy to walk you through the process — just
contact our office for assistance.

Can I get 24-hour access?

After-hours access may be available for approved business or special circumstances.

Can I live in a storage unit or RV on site?

No. Living on-site is prohibited by law.

We have a barbwire topped fenced surrounding the property, a well-lit yard with video
monitoring, security patrols, and monitored gated access. Plus, we’re right across from the
Lacombe Police Department.

Why don’t we offer 24-hour storage access?

For security reasons, we limit access. But if you have special circumstances (e.g., business needs), contact us — we can arrange after-hours access.

Can you live in a storage unit or your RV parked at our storage facility?

No, living on-sit, whether in a storage unit or your RV stored at the premises, is prohibited by law. Anyone found residing at our facility will be asked to leave immediately.

Are my belongings covered under your insurance policy?

As with all commercial building insurance our insurance only covers the buildings, not the contents. Why? The value of a building can easily be determined. Because tenants and tenants’ possessions are constantly changing our insurance company has no way of verifying the value of your possessions. We recommend that you contact your home or renter’s insurance provider and let them know you have possessions in storage and they will often insure your stored possessions for a nominal cost. If you are storing specific high value possessions (like antiques or collectables) we recommend that you make your insurance company aware of these special items to make sure you have the insurance coverage these items merit. Content insurance is a fantastic way to financially insure the items in your storage unit against unforeseen accidents such as fires, storms, break-ins, infrastructure failures, or other emergencies.
