My rental basement flooded and we needed to get my tenants belongings out asap. I called Lacombe Storage and they were very knowledgeable and able to help me in a timely manner by getting us a portable unit to our yard. We kept it for a couple months and had clear communication with them at all times. Super friendly to deal with and I highly recommend anyone to them for your storage needs!

I came in to rent a storage locker and didn’t really know anything about rental units. I couldn’t believe how helpful and friendly Sue was. I will recommend Lacombe Storage to anyone looking for storage units. The best customer service I have received in Lacombe to date! Sue was amazing.
A few years ago we rented a mobile storage container from you. When it was delivered, the driver was excellent and he was able to maneuver it through a tight spot to drop off the container.
I have never had to use a storage unit but Lacombe Storage Center and Sue Sage have been a huge part of our community. I have the Lacombe community group and they are always posting or commenting offering help to Lacombe residents. They have played a huge part in our community and deserve to be recognized for all they do.

We have used Lacombe storage foe a year now and find their facilities perfectly maintained. They took extra steps in protecting all of their customer’s belongings by upgrading locks which saw as an above and beyond action on their part. The staff are great and I love the email payment reminders that save me forgetting my rent.
